CWA YOUTH HUNT PROGRAM
Sponsored by Community Youth Center - Grizzly Island Campus

California Waterfowl, in partnership with Grizzly Island LLC. is once-again offering a free, in-season youth hunting program during the 2008-09 waterfowl hunting season in Suisun Marsh near Fairfield. This is a great opportunity to get young hunters jump-started into the exciting world of waterfowling while learning safe and responsible hunting skills.

The hunt program will consist of 13 Saturday hunting days during the waterfowl season, beginning with opening day, October 18, 2008. Each hunt will provide an opportunity for an unguided or guided hunt at a private duck club right next to Grizzly Island Wildlife Area closed zone for up to 10 juniors. Youths need to be accompanied by a non-hunting adult (21 or older) chaperone. Overnight lodging and meals will be provided.

All Shoot dates for 2008-09 waterfowl hunting opportunities have been filled. You may register below to be included on a wait / call list. You will be called if anyone cancels out on a hunt date.

Youth hunters drawn will be notified via email and posted in the Youth Drawing results area below.
